Days 1 - 10

The doTERRA 30-Day Cleanse helps to rid your body of toxic load and support the overall function of the body's systems and organs. There are three 10-day phases: Activate, Reset, Renew.

Cleansing your body of toxins is important for optimizing fertility. This is a great place to start your fertility journey; of if you have been struggling this may be an important piece to the puzzle.

This is the foundation of your cleanse. It can also be repeated for overall health and well-being quarterly so you can always know you are clearing toxins from your system as they build up. This will help with overall hormone balance and with enjoying health and balance throughout all the stages in your life.

Lesson 1

Lesson 2

Here are the supplements you will be taking for the Activate Phase for Days 1 - 10:

xEO Mega - this dietary supplement combines essential oils with natural marine-and plant-sources omega-3 oils and cartenoids that promote healthy function of many of the major organs of the body. For the first week take 1 softgel with morning meal and 1 softgel with evening meal. Increase to two softgels with each meal at week two.
Microplex VMz - This product lives up to a high-standard of vitamin and mineral supplementation as it provides bioavailable vitamins and minerals that are absent in most modern diets. For the first week take 1 softgel with morning meal and 1 softgel with evening meal. Increase to two softgels with each meal at week two.
Alpha CRS - This cellular vitality complex is formulated with natural botanical extracts to specifically support healthy cell function. For the first week take 1 softgel with morning meal and 1 softgel with evening meal. Increase to two softgels with each meal at week two.
DigestZen TerraZyme - This product is a proprietary blend of active whole-food enzymes that support healthy digestion and metabolism of enzyme-deficient, processed foods. Take 1 capsule in the morning, 1 with each meal, and 1 in the evening for a total of 5.
Zendocrine Complex - This detoxification complex is a proprietary blend of whole-food extracts that support healthy cleansing and filtering functions of the liver, kidneys, colon, lungs and skin. Take 1 capsule with morning meal and 1 capsule with evening meal for a total of 2.
Zendocrine Blend Softgels - This detoxification complex is a proprietary blend of whole-food extracts that support healthy cleansing and filtering functions of the liver, kidneys, colon, lungs and skin. Take 1 softgel with morning meal and 1 softgel with evening meal for a total of 2.
Lemon Essential Oil - This essential oil naturally cleanses the body and aids in digestion. Add 2 drops to 8 ounces of water 5 times per day for a total of 10 drops.

Lesson 3

Read through the Program Guide download. Start to incorporate the foods in the Fertility Diet Guidelines section.

Lesson 4

Look at the Top 10 Foods for Natural Fertility and add any you may be missing using the information from Important Nutrients for Fertility Guide, start eliminating the Foods to Avoid in your diet.

Lesson 5

Look at the Cleansing Foods Guide and see how many you can add or change in your diet.

Lesson 6

Start making entries in your Fertility Journal daily. Use it to record your daily water, food, and other information included in the journal. As you progress through the program, see what changes have been made and note how you are feeling as you make these changes.
